Bulldog Tennis Finishes Up Fall Season

ROCK HILL, S.C. – The UNC Asheville men's tennis team finished up its fall schedule on Sunday with two players advancing to the semifinals of the Division 2 Singles Flight.
Junior John Schubel and sophomore Brett Landau won their first two matches in the flight before the both fell in the semifinals. Both players went 2-1 in the flight against some top-notch competition.
Daniel Kripak and Thomas Panoulas each had a victory in the Division 1 Singles Flight. Will Goldberg earned a win in the Division 3 Singles Flight.
Highlighting doubles action was Brett Landau and Alex Croker bouncing back from a loss in the first round to advance to the finals of the Division I Doubles Flight. The final match was not played.
In Division 2 Doubles Flight, Thomas Panoulas and Josh Swinder split a pair of matches.
