Baseball Game With Georgia State Cancelled

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville baseball game scheduled today with Georgia State at Greenwood Field has been cancelled and will not be made up to due to heavy rain in the Asheville area.
The Bulldogs (22-24) are back in action this weekend at the College of Charleston for a three-game series starting Friday at 6 p.m., followed by a Saturday game at 3 p.m. and a Sunday contest at 1 p.m.
Asheville returns home next week as the Bulldogs finish the regular-season with four games all at home. The Dogs host UNC Chapel Hill Tuesday night at McCormick Field starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are available at www.uncabulldogs.com.
Asheville plays its final Big South Conference series at Greenwood Field vs. Gardner-Webb starting Thursday at 3 p.m. The Bulldogs are currently in fifth place in the league standings.
