Dull Named Big South Pitcher of the Week

CHARLOTTE - UNC Asheville senior Ryan Dull (Winston-Salem, N.C.) has been named The Crons Brand Big South Pitcher of the Week for games played April 16-22, it was announced today by the League office.

Dull tossed 7.1 shutout innings and struck out a season-high 11 batters in defeating Liberty on Saturday.  He scattered seven hits and issued just one walk in the contest.  Dull fanned two batters in an inning four times and retired eight-straight early in the contest. The senior right-hander raised his record to 3-4 on the season with a 3.56 ERA. He has a team-leading 65 strikeouts in 60.2 innings of work.
