UNC Asheville Tennis Home for Three Matches This Week

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville men's tennis team is home today when the Bulldogs host Augusta State at the Asheville Racquet Club Downtown starting at 11 a.m. Admission is free.
Asheville is 3-3 on the season and is coming an impressive 6-1 victory on Sunday over Wofford College. Today's match starts a busy week for the Bulldogs as the Blue & White entertain Campbell in their Big South opener Saturday at 11 a.m., followed by a match with Lees-McRae Sunday at 3 p.m.
"Our guys have really played good tennis all year," commented Asheville coach Lise Gregory. "I was really pleased with the Wofford win as that was a solid win over a good team. We just need to keep getting better and better with each match."
Senior Jonas Brobeck carries a five-match winning streak in singles play into this week's action. He and doubles partner Matt Waissen are 5-1 at the #1 flight. Adrien Langeard and Thomas Rees are 5-1 at the #2 doubles flight.
