ASHEVILLE. N.C. - The UNC Asheville men's tennis team won five singles match and captured the doubles point as the Bulldogs downed King College 6-1 in collegiate action at the Crowne Plaza Tennis Center Thursday afternoon.
Asheville got singles wins from Matt Waissen, Ryan Matthews, Jonas Brobeck, Nathan White and Thomas Rees to help down the Tornados. Brobeck rallied to win in three sets after losing the first set. White had to go to a tie-breaker in the first set but won and then easily.
