Saturday Baseball Game Moved to Noon

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville baseball team's Big South Conference game with Charleston Southern on Saturday at McCormick Field has been moved from a 1 p.m. starting time to a Noon start due to the Asheville Tourists game being suspended on Friday night.
The Tourists were scheduled to play a 7 p.m. game on Friday night against the Lexington Legends but that game was suspended after two innings due to rain and lightning. Those two teams will play a double-header starting at 5 p.m. at McCormick Field. The Bulldogs and Bucs have move their game up an hour to try to accomodate getting all the games played.
UNC Asheville and Charleston Southern are scheduled to finish their three-game series Sunday afternoon at McCormick Field starting at 1 p.m.
The Bulldogs won the first game of the series on Friday, 13-9.
