ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville baseball team has made some changes to their upcoming schedule due to the rain and snow the Asheville area has had over the past month.
Tomorrow's game vs. Furman has been moved to Furman and will start at 6 p.m. The Bulldogs will host Western Carolina this Monday (April 5) at Greenwood Field starting at 3 p.m. This is a make-up game from the postponement of March 23.
Asheville has added a McCormick Field game to the schedule. The Bulldogs will take on ETSU at McCormick Field on Tuesday, April 20 at 3 p.m. That game was originally supposed to take place on March 3 at Greenwood Field but was snowed out.
Asheville plays at USC Upstate tonight at 6 p.m. before playing at Furman tomorrow night. The Bulldogs get back into Big South action at home this weekend. They'll entertain VMI at Greenwood Field on Friday at 3 p.m. Asheville makes its McCormick Field debut on Saturday afternoon when they host the Keydets in a double-header starting at 1 p.m. Tickets for these games can be purchased by calling 828-251-6904 or on-line at www.uncabulldogs.com.
