Monday?s Women?s Basketball Game Moved up to 4:30

RADFORD, Va.-- Due to inclement weather, the women's basketball game between UNC Asheville and Radford Monday at the Dedmon Center has been moved up to 4:30 p.m.
The Bulldogs and Highlanders battle of third place in the Big South standings as the season moves into its final week. Radford currently holds the third spot with a 8-6 conference record and is just a half game behind second place High Point (9-6). UNC Asheville is in fourth place with a 7-7 conference mark but if the Bulldogs can get a win on Monday afternoon they would tie Radford and would sweep the season series giving Asheville the tiebreaker.
Asheville defeated Radford, 52-50, on a shot by Ana Baker with: 03 seconds remaining in the first meeting between the two teams in Asheville on Jan. 17. Baker leads the Bulldogs in scoring averaging 13.1 points per game. She had a team-high 17 points in the first match-up. She scored 16 in the Bullsogs loss at Liberty on Saturday and has scored double-figure points in 10-straight games and 15 of the last 16 games.
Radford has won three of its last four games and is coming off a victory over Presbyterian on Saturday. Talia Moton leads the team averaging 14.3 points per game.
The Bulldogs are just 2-8 on the road this season. The Highlanders lead the all-time series 38-14 and are 22-3 against the Bulldogs in the Dedmon Center.
