RADFORD, VA - The UNC Asheville men's and women's tennis team fell to Radford on Sunday at the Mike Ashley Tennis Center. The men lost, 7-0, while the women's team dropped a 6-1 decison.
In the women's match, Lindsay Boykin was the only Bulldog (3-7, 0-5 BSC)to pick up a win as she defeated Ashton Downs, 6-3, 7-5.
The Bulldog men's team is now 4-7 overall and 1-4 in the Big South.
The women's team will play next at Western Carolina Wednesday afternoon starting at 2 p.m. Both teams willl be in action at Virginia Intermont Friday afternoon starting at 1 p.m.
