Ben Kerr Earns Dave Hart Scholarship - UNC Asheville Bulldogs Official Athletics Site

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville baseball player Ben Kerr was awarded the Dave Hart Athletic Scholarship Monday afternoon. The announcement came at the conclusion of the Dave Hart Golf Tournament at the Asheville Country Club. The highly-successful tournament raises money for this scholarship which is endowed.
Kerr is a rising junior for the Bulldogs. He earned the Coaches Award from the baseball program this past year for his hard work and dedication. The Charlotte native is a member of the Athletic Director's 3.0 Club and Big South Presidential Honor Roll.
On the field, Kerr became UNCA's starting shortstop in the last half of the season. He finished the year with five doubles, one home run and 14 RBIs.
