Adam Vick, who enjoyed a solid cross country and track and field career for UNC Asheville, begins his first year as an assistant coach with the Bulldog Track and Field program. He joined the staff in January after graduating from the school this past December. Vick will work with Asheville's distance runners during the 2010 indoor and outdoor season.

Adam transferred to UNC Asheville from St. Andrews Presbyterian College where he captained the cross country team for the 2005 and 2006 seasons during which the Knights qualified for the NCAA Division II National Championships after winning the Southeast Regional Cross Country Championship.  During the 2005 cross country season, Vick was named to the All Conference CVAC Cross Country Team and in 2006 was named to the CVAC Presidential Honor Roll.
