2025 Season (Junior) - Ran in five meets his junior season...Opened his season with three PRs in the first three meets he ran, starting with the 6k at the Duel at the Valley which he ran in 19:24.0 and earned a 13th place finish...in the 4m at the Furman XC Invitational, he ran it in 20:54.0...His best 8k time was at the Louisville Classic in which he ran it in 26:18.3.
2024 Season (Sophomore) - Ran in three meets in his second year as a Bulldog...Earned a PR in the 6k at the Furman Invitational with a time of 20:39.3, improving from his 6k time from last season by over a minute...Competed in his first collegiate 8k and recording a time of 27:34.6.
2023 Season (Freshman) - Competed in two cross country meets in 2023...Made his collegiate debut at the Young Harris XC Opener and ran the 6K in 21:46.8...Competed in the Covered Bridge Open and ran the 8K in 29:08.5.
Prior to UNC Asheville - State Qualifier in Cross Country in 2021 and 2022...State Qualifier in Outdoor Track & Field in the 3200...2023 Runner-Up in 3200m...Regional Outdoor Track in 2023 in 1000m,1600m,3200m and was an Indoor Track Conference Winner in 2023.
