Home of the N.C. Center for Health & Wellness and the Kimmel Arena
The building was named after Wilma M. Sherrill, in honor of her advocacy for the health and wellbeing of children and families. Â Construction began in 2009, and the building was fully functional by fall of 2011.

SHERRILL CENTER LAYOUT:

The upper level of the Sherrill Center features the Kimmel Arena, Mountain View Performing Arts Room, Scholarship Deck, Meditation Room, and several classrooms. Â These rooms are available to rent for concerts, meetings, expos, conferences, and banquets.
