CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Big South Conference announced on Wednesday (Feb. 4) its Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week and UNC Asheville's Shemarr Session was selected as the Men's Track Athlete of the Week and Kelechi Anyanwu earned Men's Freshman of the Week.Â

Session won the 200m at the ECE Banked is Best Meet with a season-best time of 21.55, marking his second consecutive victory in the event.

Anyanwu won the 400m at the ECE Banked is Best Meet with a winning time of 48.47 for his second overall victory this year.
The Bulldogs are back in action Feb. 13-14 at the Darius Dixon Invitational in Lynchburg, Va.Â
