Aneta Kucerová Represents UNC Asheville at the Czech Republic U23 National Championships

CHEB, (CZE) – Rising sophomore Aneta Kucerová competed in the women's 3,000m steeplechase in the Czech U23 Championships this past weekend (July 5).
Kucerova won the event at 10:36.71, beating the next finisher by 7.33.
Kucerová won the women's 3,000m steeplechase at the Big South Conference Championships in May with a time of 11:00.42, her UNC Asheville personal best. Kucerová's finish at the U23 Championships is nearly 24 seconds faster than her conference championship finish.
