DaMarr Harvey Finishes Season at NCAA East Prelims

LEXINGTON, Ky. – UNC Asheville junior DaMarr Harvey wrapped up the 2024 season at the NCAA East Prelims on Wednesday (May 22). 

Harvey competed in the men's 200m dash at the regional championships, finishing 40th place with a time of 21.12. 

"DaMarr has improved his performances so significantly over the course of the year," said Head Coach Joel Williams. "He can justifiably be proud of the work he's put in. He outperformed his pre-meet seeding by one spot." 

Asheville has one more competitor left at the regional championships, with senior Brianna Moore taking on the women's long jump at 6:00 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, May 23). Live results and ESPN+ streaming links can be found HERE.
