Information on the 2023 BAA Scholarship Golf Classic

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The 2023 Bulldog Athletics Association (BAA) Scholarship Golf Classic presented by Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians will be held August 21st and 22nd at the Country Club of Asheville. All proceeds from the Golf Classic go to support the UNC Asheville student-athlete scholarship fund. These funds support the cost of tuition, health services and more to give our Bulldogs a foundation of success for their time at UNC Asheville and beyond.
To register as an individual, foursome, or sponsor, please email apritch2@unca.edu or call 828-258-7752.
The cost for an individual player is $500, with foursomes available for $2,000. Tee sign sponsorships are available for $300. We also have other prime sponsorship opportunities, with that information available by request.
Golfers can choose to play on Monday, Aug. 21, or Tuesday, Aug. 22. Space is limited to the first 200 paid entries and will fill up fast. Register today and secure your team's space!
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. each day, with a shotgun start scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Country Club of Asheville on both days. At approximately 3:00 p.m. on each day, there will be an "Awards and After Party" after the conclusion of play.
Registration includes: greens and cart fees, a player gift, coffee and donuts courtesy of Dunkin, box lunches provided by Arby's, and Pepsi, Highland Brewing and Budweiser beverages. Prizes will be given for the winners of each flight, our closest-to-the-pin winner, long drive winner, and much more.

This event supports our annual scholarship fund and allows us to provide a holistic student-athlete experience.
