ASHEVILLE, N.C. – UNC Asheville Men's Soccer Coach Mick Giordano announced the program's schedule for this upcoming fall on Tuesday, with seven matches being played at Greenwood Field.

The Bulldogs will play eight non-conference matches to go with eight Big South contests.

Asheville kicks off its season on Thursday, August 26, when it welcomes Northern Kentucky to town. The Bulldogs will then open up a four-game road trip beginning at N.C. State on August 30 before going to Belmont (September 2), Georgia State (September 7) and Wofford (September 11).

Next, the Bulldogs return home for matches against College of Charleston (September15) and Furman (September 21) before opening up conference play at Longwood on September 25. Asheville turns the calendar to October as it travels to Winthrop (October 2) before hosting Radford (October 6) and Campbell (October 9).

After visiting Gardner-Webb (October 13), Asheville will host Presbyterian on Saturday, October 16, which will also serve as the inaugural "Be the Match" game. Proceeds raised from that game will go to the Be the Match organization, which is a nonprofit national bone marrow donor program.

From there, the Bulldogs travel to VMI for a non-conference tilt on October 23, visiting USC Upstate for its last away match of the season on October 30. Asheville will close out the regular season by welcoming High Point to town on November 3, with the Big South Quarterfinals kicking off on November 7, followed by the semifinal on November 10 and the Championship November 14.
