Return to play
Returning to sport after a positive COVID test will require completion of an individualized exercise progression based on symptoms and severity of symptoms.  The return progression will include heart rate monitoring as guidance for progression. If issues arise during any part of the progression, all activity will cease immediately.
The return to play progression may begin once the student-athlete is asymptomatic without medications for 24hrs prior.
