UNC Asheville Statement on Public Use of Karl Straus Track Facility

Due to North Carolina state guidelines regarding COVID-19 and current Phase 2 gym restrictions, beginning Monday, August 10, the Karl Straus Track facility at UNC Asheville will only be open to the public between the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
 
This public schedule will allow the university to move its campus recreation and some intercollegiate athletic operations outdoors during the remainder of the day. 
 
UNC Asheville appreciates the community's understanding and cooperation during this time.
