Big South Announces Volleyball 2021 Spring Schedule

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Big South Conference has announced its 2021 volleyball spring schedule will consist of a 16-match double round-robin format spanning nine weeks from February 4-April 2. Matches will be played on Thursdays and Fridays against the same opponent in the same location in an effort to limit travel and help ensure the health of student-athletes, coaches, and staff. This year's regular-season champion will earn the Big South's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
The Bulldogs will open Big South play with a trip to Charleston Southern on February 4-5. Asheville will also travel to Gardner-Webb (Feb. 25-26), Presbyterian (March 4-5), and USC Upstate (March 11-12) during this unique spring season. Asheville is slated to host Campbell (Feb. 11-12), High Point (Feb. 18-19), Radford (March 11-12), and Winthrop (April 1-2) at the Justice Center as well in 2021.
