UNC Asheville Men’s Soccer Earns Big South Sportsmanship Award

CHARLOTTE – UNC Asheville's men's soccer team has earned recognition as the Big South Conference's Men's Soccer Sportsmanship Award winner, the league announced Wednesday.
It is the second consecutive year the Bulldogs have been chosen by their peers as the Sportsmanship Award recipients, and the seventh time since the award's inception in 2005.
The Big South honors one team in each of its championship sports with the Team Sportsmanship Award. At the conclusion of each championship, student-athletes on each team rank the top three teams in the conference for the Team Sportsmanship Award for that particular sport. The team with the most points in the voting receives the honor.
