Taylor Durall Earns CoSIDA Academic All-District Recognition

UNC Asheville men's soccer student-athlete Taylor Durall has been voted as a CoSIDA Academic All-District selection, as voted on by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America.
Durall a forward from Plover, Wisc., is a representative on the District Three team, which encompasses student-athletes competing at universities in North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
Durall currently possesses a 3.95 grade-point average while pursuing a degree in biology.
In his redshirt sophomore season, Durall appeared in 15 matches and started five, racking up 469 minutes on the pitch. He recorded 13 total shots, including four on goal. In his first season, Durall scored three goals and had an assist to finish with seven points.
Academic All-District nominees get added to the ballot for Academic All-America, which is announced in early December.
The 2019 Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Team, selected by CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CoSIDA Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
