UNC Asheville Men’s Soccer to be Featured on National Stage This Summer

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Once again this summer the UNC Asheville men's soccer team will be featured on some of the top developmental teams in the country.
 
In fact, well over half of the 2018 roster will be utilizing the summer months to train among the best, while playing against some of the top competition in the country.
 
Six Bulldogs who will suit up for the 2018 UNC Asheville men's soccer season are currently on the Asheville City Soccer Club roster in Brandon MillingtonBrendan O'DowdDante BovaIzaiah VignaliBen Katt and Tanner Gilliam

In addition, two UNC Asheville men's soccer alumni in Zack Joens and Paul Egle are on the 2018 Asheville City SC roster.
 
Five Bulldogs will be playing with the Tri-Cities Otters Reserves squad this summer in Elvis Wiredu, Carter Phillips, Frank Morales, Kyle Adams and Lane Carroll. The five will get the chance to train with the Premier Development League first-team as part of their efforts for the Tri-Cities Otters Reserves squad.
 
UNC Asheville's Luke Manring and Josh Peterman will be playing this summer for the Carolina Dynamo, while Joe LaCasto will suit up for the Orange County SC. Evan Lewis will spend the summer playing with the Torch FC.
