BREAKING RECORDS: Kayli Nichols maintained her solid start to the season last weekend with a top-three finish in the women's 800, which is fifth-best all-time for the Bulldogs. She finished top-15 as well in the women's 200. Last weekend she set the fourth-best 200 meter time for the program. QUOTABLES
"I am excited about the meet at Marshall this weekend. The team has started to get their legs back under them over the last couple of weeks. This is the first of our two big indoor meets that we aimed for as a team this year. This will give us a good final test before heading to conference. This is the last opportunity our kids have to secure their spot for the conference squad and give us as a coaching staff a better idea of how we will spread our kids for the conference championships. The last few years this has been the athletes' favorite trip because of the atmosphere and facility. Hopefully we'll be able to feed off the environment of tonight's men's basketball game and be fired up for our own great performances this weekend." - Head Coach Jesse Norman
