Bulldog Track and Field Ready for Big South Indoor Championships

WINSTON SALEM, N.C. — The UNC Asheville track and field teams will travel to Winston Salem, N.C., to compete in the Big South Indoor Championships Feb. 25-26.

SENIOR SHINING: Senior Amy Castle placed in the top-10 in the women's 3000 meters at Marshall.

LAST YEARS WINNER: Last season the Liberty Flames swept the Indoor Championship, with both their men and women's squads winning the championship.

UP NEXT: Following this weekend's competition, the Bulldog men and women will have nearly a month break in preparation for the Yellow Jacket Invite. The tournament will be held in Atlanta, Ga. from March 17-18.
