QUOTABLES
"Looking forward to the meet at Liberty this upcoming weekend. This is the first week that we have everyone back training together. This meet will have a heavy focus on the distance side, while we rest a majority of our speed/power athletes. For some of our distance kids this will be the first meet since cross country season. It'll be a good opportunity to test ourselves against some good competition and run on a fast track."-Â Head Coach Jesse Norman
