QUOTABLES

"I'm happy for our top couple of athletes on both sides today. I feel like they did a good job of executing the race plan. Happy with Dom getting another win today. We need to work on better running from the back end of our groups to have some team success in the future. We've got a good two and half weeks to work on getting better and putting on a better show as a team at our next meet on October 1st.." – Head coach Jesse Norman
