QUOTABLES:

"I am very disappointed in the result but I give Longwood full credit for this as they capitalized on our early errors and then managed the game the rest of the way.  I am proud of the way this team played this season and it is very hard to fathom that our process has come to a stop much earlier than we wanted.  Overall, we have improved but we still have lots to work on so that we can continue towards our goal of being Big South Champions.  It is tough to say goodbye to our seniors as student-athletes, but exciting to have them become members of our fantastic alumni."—Head Coach Matt Mennell
