QUOTABLES
"We are so proud of the team today. It's obvious the hard work they have done in the pool and weight room are paying off. In the morning session, we had 21 swims; six swims were lifetime bests and the other 15 races were season best. I've never been a part of a team who has so much fun swimming fast.
Tomorrow will be another fast session where each team member expects to step-up and race hard. Day 2 is often the most rigorous, but this team is clearly up for the challenge." –Head Coach Elizabeth Lykins
