Freshmen Records Fall at Davidson Saturday

DAVIDSON, N.C.– The UNC Asheville women's swimming team wrapped up competition in Davidson, N.C. on Saturday afternoon with the Bulldogs taking down freshman records and improving on non-conference starts in seasons' past.
NOTABLES
-In the 500 free freshmen Adee Weller and Skylar Rogan went fourth and fifth, with times 5:13.13 and 5:13.82 respectively.
-Junior Ale Sánchez earned fourth place points in the 200 backstroke finishing in 2:10.53.
-Sophomore Morgan Rulevich's 200 breaststroke helped the Bulldog efforts as she finished fourth with a time of 2:24.93.
-The final event of the meet was the 400 free relay. Asheville's A squad lead-off swimmer, Morgan Rulevich sped to a 53.55 split, off to Skylar Rogan (55.96), followed by Adee Weller in 55.60 and anchored by Ale Sánchez in 55.33.
