QUOTABLES

"Super excited about Dom finishing 14th overall in the individual competition. That's the highest individual finish we've had at a meet at this caliber.  He put himself in the race from the start and raced all the way through the finish. If we can improve on a few more spots we can have a much better team result at the Conference Championship. On the women's side, we had one of the best 1-3-5 spread that we've had (about 35 seconds), we just didn't do a great job of getting out at the start. Our whole group ran well, and we had a good tight spread, we were just in the wrong place. There were definitely some good things, and we have some time to work on a few more things before Conference."– Head coach Jesse Norman
