QUOTABLES
“We are excited about the Big South Conference Championships this weekend as this is a great opportunity for us to kick off the fall sports championship season and get some momentum going for the whole athletic department. On the men's side, I feel that the team has yet to race to its true ability and am excited to see what we can do when we put it all together mentally & physically this weekend. The women's team has progressed quite nicely this year. I feel that we have done a good job of focusing on our team and what we can control. For us to be successful this weekend, we will need to continue that trend.” - Head Coach Jesse Norman
UP NEXT
-At Saturday's Big South Championship races, Asheville will look to have runners qualify for the NCAA Regional meet, which will be November 13 in Charlottesville, Virginia.
