Chuka Anyafo Named Big South Attacking Player of the Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – UNC Asheville redshirt-sophomore Chuka Anyafo has been named the Big South Men's Soccer Co-Attacking Player of the Week, the conference announced today.
Anyafo finished the week with three total shots, including two on Sunday. Both of his shots against Coastal Carolina were on goal, and his goal in the 83rd minute Sunday turned out to be the game-winning goal over Coastal.
In just 17 minutes of action Sunday, Anyafo had a hand in two of Asheville's three goals (assist, game-winning goal).
Anyafo and the rest of the Bulldogs are back in action on Wednesday night when they travel to take on Gardner-Webb in Boiling Springs.
