Pau Egle Named Big South Attacker of the Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (BigSouthSports.com) – UNC Asheville senior defender Paul Egle (Asheville, N.C.) has been named the Big South Men's Soccer Attacking Player of the Week for games that were played the week of Oct. 27-Nov. 2.

 

Egle scored a goal in each of the Bulldogs' two wins last week. On Thursday against UMass, he netted the game-tying goal on a penalty kick early in the second half of a 2-1 overtime victory. Egle tallied the game-winner on Sunday against Longwood in the 71st minute to give UNC Asheville its first conference win of the season, 1-0.
