Women's Swimming Program Returns to UNC Asheville

Press Conference to Announce New Women's Swimming Head Coach

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville Athletics Department will host a press conference on Wednesday at 4 p.m. to announce their new woman's swimming head coach. The press conference will be held in the Mission Health Systems Mountain View Suites Room in the Sherrill Center. All Bulldog fans and friends are invited.

The school announced it was bringing back the swimming program last fall. The Bulldogs had a successful swimming program back from 1972 through 1976.

Wednesday's press conference will be video-streamed and can be seen at www.uncabulldogs.com.
