Miotto Earns All-Tournament Honors at Big South

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - UNC Asheville senior libero Raquel Miotto was named to the Big South All-Tournament team at the conclusion of the tournament on Saturday at Radford's Dedmon Center. Miotto made the eight-person tournament for the second time in her career.
Miotto ended her career with 2,698 digs, fourth best in the NCAA Division I history. She set a single-season school record for service aces with 65 this year. Miotto earned first team all-conference honors this year and was a first team all-conference performer three different times during her career.
She helped lead Asheville to a Big South Conference regular-season championship and a school-record 13 league wins. Asheville's 25-10 overall record was the fourth best in school history.
