UNC Asheville to Host "Asheville Soccer Night" During Saturday Doubleheader

ASHEVILLE – UNC Asheville men's and women's soccer are proud to welcome Asheville City SC, Asheville Buncombe Adult Soccer Association, YMCA of Western North Carolina and the South Slop Blues to their doubleheader, Saturday, October 12, as part of Asheville Soccer Night.
Members of those organizations will receive $4 discounted admission into both Saturday matches at Greenwood Field by clicking HERE and using promo code AVLSOCCER.
The action is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. when the men's team takes on Radford. The Bulldogs are coming off of their second-straight road shutout victory in Big South Conference play after defeating Winthrop, 3-0, last Saturday. The offense has also found a groove recently, as the team has scored three goals in consecutive matches for the first time since 2010.
The women's team matchup against Charleston Southern is scheduled for a 6 p.m. kickoff, and will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of the men's match. The Bulldogs play on the road against Hampton, Wednesday, before returning to Greenwood Field.
