UNC Asheville Track & Field to Hold Annual Blue vs. White Intrasquad Meet

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – In preparation for the 2018-19 season, the UNC Asheville track & field team will hold its annual Blue vs. White Intrasquad meet on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, at the Karl Straus Track.
The meet is scheduled to get underway at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday. To learn more, please visit HERE. To see the event participants, please visit HERE.
"We are super-excited about the Blue vs. White Intrasquad meet tomorrow," UNC Asheville track and field head coach Jesse Norman said. "It's looking like the best weather we've had in a few years for it. With the current makeup of the team, it looks to be a pretty heated battle that will come down to the relay at the end of the meet. Our kids enjoy this as it is the kickoff to the competitive year for them and gets us ready for the ASU meet in a couple weeks."
To open the indoor slate, UNC Asheville next travels to Mountain Rival Appalachian State to compete in the two-day App State Open.
The meet will be held at the Holmes Center in Boone, N.C. and begins on Nov. 30.
