UNC Asheville Excited for "Once in a Lifetime Opportunity"Â (Story ahead of trip to Costa Rica)
The hours of travel definitely paid off after checking out the view of Belén from the balcony of our hotel in San Jose. A fantastic meal was accompanied by a brief overview of Costa Rica and the trip ahead. Following a quick nap after the presentation it was a ride through the unique neighborhoods of Alajuela to an incredible complex of turf fields for a humid, but fun training session. Around 6:00pm it was already getting dark so our session concluded with a stretch and a ride back to the hotel. Dinner topped all expectations and we closed off the day with some team theatrics, and a dip into the hot tub before bed.
